Absolutely awful service. We used to go there often as a family tradition. Always out of stock, always broken down, and always rude. They had one neat, interesting, nice, and applicable bar tender (alison, alexis, alex, wish i could recall her name) who I heard they fired because she was gay. Haven't been back since.
After working here for two years then moving on to better oppertunities I returned here with some friends on a friday night. We had originally gone to another center, but they were full with a tournament and sent us here. On a friday night we were the only four people in the entire place. We bowled and the lanes rolled like they had not seen oil in months there were several problems with the lanes that were very slowly adressed (10 plus minutes of asking the manager to please fix them. She finished her packing of food before fixing them, very rude). So then we went to check out and the manager once again tried screwed us. For 8 games of bowling and 2 pairs of shoes the total was 35$. She also tried to force us to play some game with a wheel but neglected to where if we struck when a yellow pin was up we would get a prize, but she neglected to even let us spin the wheel that was placed behind the bar. The whole experience was very akward and rude. I used to love this place but it has seen two managment changes in recent years and both were for the worse. I can guarantee I will never bowl here again.
I have bowled in a league here for the past 10 years. In those 10 years, I have seen a lot. Disregard the previous negative reviews. The direction this bowling center is taking is a positive one. The staff is friendly and the new general manager, Chris, is doing an excellent job. The center is clean, the lanes are fully functioning, and the food is great. He cares about his customers and wants to grow the sport of bowling in this area.
No beer on tap at the bar, and only frozen food heated on the microwave to eat.
